PHFDV Series(Handle Type、Pneumatic Type)

The PHFDV series is most suitable for applications to deal with high-flow rate.
It has forged body made of SUS316L and is compatible with various types of fitting (metal seal, double ferrule and butt weld).

PDVS Series

The PDVS series are diaphragm valves for controlling a flow rate. A Vernier scale are printed on their handles.
These models can fix their own handle by a locking set screw.
It has forged body made of SUS316L (single melt) and is compatible with various type of fitting (1/4"metal seal and 1/4"short butt weld).

Basic structure and specifications

Primet diaphragm valves minimize a generation of particles for UHP processes. Because these valves are designed so that screws, springs and any sliding parts are not included in their own wet surface. Their open and closing operations are performed by curving diaphragm.
PDV series are available to almost of fittings from 1/4”size to1/2” size. PHFDV series are available to 3/4” size for high flow processes.
